Welcome to Bardon Yoga 

A Yoga and Pilates community hidden away in the bedrock of Bardon.

Our little sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the city offers you a space to unwind, relax and recharge.

We offer Yoga and Pilates classes of varying levels and durations, aiming to provide a balanced mix of options to help you sustain your practice over the long run.

We are all about tuning in and slowing down, feeling not forcing, breathing in and breathing out.

We look forward to welcoming you to our supportive community.




Original Hot yoga is a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, practiced in a hot room. After taking just one of these classes you will know what to expect the next time you take it.  It won't change, you will.  This is a great class for beginners.   


Stretch it out.  Relieve stress.  Restore your body. Yin yoga is a slower paced practice, holding postures for several minutes, through breath and deep relaxation. This deep stretching works to release tension and move energy in the fascia, which surrounds our bones and muscles.  Our Yin class is absolutely delicious, with dim lights and music to accompany you to your zen zone.  Suitable for beginners, all are welcome. 


IHP is a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, using Pilates principles. It is practiced in a heated room and is designed for all fitness levels. It helps tone and strengthen muscles without the pounding of a high impact workout. The class is performed with music making it entertaining and motivating.
